Wake Forest University Health Sciences is moving out of its medical site at 3325 Silas Creek Pkwy. The county will pursue fair market offers for the 3.21-acre tract for at least 90 days. (Winston-Salem Journal)

Closing

Lowes Foods on Reynolda Road is set to close in early July. Representatives said they decided not to renew their lease and will work with employees to transition them into similar roles at the 20 other supermarket locations around Winston-Salem. (WXII 12 News)
