If you’ve been a long-time subscriber to this newsletter, then you know Winston-Salem has no shortage of small businesses. Don’t just take it from us, WalletHub named the Twin City as the No. 31 best city in the US to start a business in 2026.

In honor of our many movers and shakers, we’re asking readers to nominate the small businesses they love so we can share them with the whole audience. Business owners can nominate themselves.

We’ll be sharing a new batch of small businesses every month, so you’ll want to check back for more, especially if you’ve enjoyed our Small Business Week and Today’s Best coverage.

The Wrap

Ardmore Coffee announced its spring menu just a few days ago, and of course, I had to get a taste of it early. Each sip of this honey sea salt latte felt like comfort in a cup. I paired it with a ham and cheese sandwich to start my day. Next, I’m eyeing that iced London fog with the raspberry cold foam.

A great way to treat yourself.
