Reynolds American agreed to pay the City of Winston-Salem $1 million for a downtown parking deck near its headquarters. If the deal is approved, around $670,000 will go to the city + the remainder will go to Forsyth County — the deal would also save the city $300,000 annually. (Winston-Salem Journal)
