Memorial Day is Monday, May 27. The US holiday honors the men and women who gave their life while defending our country. Here are three ways you can honor servicemembers and their sacrifice.

This year marks the 10th anniversary ceremony. The Navy band will play patriotic music starting at 10:40 a.m. followed by remarks from former NC governor Pat McCrory at 11 a.m.
