Winston-Salem has plenty of ways for older adults to stay active. Here are free indoor and outdoor activities that adults 50+ can participate in through the Recreation and Parks Department.

Bocce, Miller Park, 400 Leisure Ln. | Tuesdays + Fridays, 10 a.m. | Stop by the park for a classic game that requires strategy and skill.

Adult Water Fitness Class, Bolton Park Pool, 1590 Bolton St. SW | Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 11 a.m. | For access to the class, pay the pool entry fee + a $3 class fee — or, you can get a 10-class punch card for $20.
