Check out this new parking system. Visitors will now use the new pay-by-phone app or the upgraded kiosk to pay for their spot at the Spruce Street parking lot. Prices will remain the same except during non-event hours at the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts — rates range from $2.25 to $7.
