Why CityLink was created
CityLink began in 2007 as a way to manage citizens’ questions or concerns about services, programs, and events, or to initiate a service request. It supports many city departments and is where all non-emergency calls are directed.
What can it solve?
Local representatives are trained to answer questions or, in some cases, initiate work orders for repairs or services. Here’s just a few of the things representatives are versed in:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Earvin “Magic” Johnson will no longer be the keynote presenter at tonight’s Face to Face Speaker Forum at LJVM Coliseum. Instead, Wake Forest University alum and NBA All-Star, Chris Paul, will step into the keynote speaker role. All other details of the event will remain unchanged.

Could changes be coming to Winston-Salem’s bus system? City officials are studying various options to improve the Twin City’s public transit, including eliminating the Clark Campbell Transit Center as a required transfer stop in favor of creating multiple, smaller transfer centers. I have a confession to make: I have yet to hop on “The Summer I Turned Pretty” train.
