Martin Luther King Jr. Day is observed on the third Monday of January — this year that will fall on Monday, Jan. 20. It is the only federal holiday designated as a national day of service in honor of Dr. King, a civil rights leader.

Bring three non-perishable food items which will benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC.
