Valentine’s Day Dinner | Friday, Feb. 14-Saturday, Feb. 15 | Times vary | Truist Stadium | $100+ | Enjoy a four-course dinner for two with views of the city in the stadium’s Flow Club.

“Clash at The Nash” Self-Guided Tours | Friday, Jan. 31-Saturday, Feb. 1 | 10 a.m.-5 p.m. | The Nash Museum | $10 | Explore seven generations of NASCAR race cars, vintage vehicles, and unique NASCAR memorabilia — On Friday, Jeff Hammond and Will Cronkrite will be signing autographs.

Local students will still be getting out of school at the time they’re accustomed to. Instead of adding 15 additional minutes to the school day, the WS/FCS Board of Education voted to make up inclement weather days Wednesday, May 21-Friday, May 23.
Sports
Check out dozens of colorful 18-wheelers heading towards Bowman Gray Stadium tomorrow, Jan. 31 as crowds anticipate the return of the NASCAR Cup Series this weekend. Make your way downtown to see the “Race Team Hauler Arrival” between 9 and 11 a.m.
Film
RiverRun International Film Festival will bring its Indie Lens Pop-Up series back to Winston-Salem in February. Free screenings will be shown at the Forsyth County Central Library on select days through Thursday, May 15. The first screening will take place Monday, Feb. 3 at 6 p.m.

Outdoors
Applications are now open for the Forsyth County Urban Farm School, a free 12-week course about growing and running urban farms. During the class that begins in March, students will prepare soil + plant, grow, and harvest crops. Apply by Wednesday, Feb. 12.
Edu
Robin Payne will serve as the new preschool director for the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Board of Education. Payne has worked in the WS/FCS system since 2008, where she started as an early childhood teacher.
Theater
Ready for the spotlight? The Little Theatre of Winston-Salem will host auditions for “Unnecessary Farce!” on Monday, Feb. 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the theater. The play by Paul Slade Smith shares the tale of an embezzling mayor, his accountant, and two undercover police officers.
Number
$3,000. That’s how much maximum tuition is per year for students who receive their associates degree from Forsyth Technical Community College and transfer to Salem College. This program is thanks to a partnership between the two local schools.
