Prepare your engines for one of the hottest weekends of the year. The NASCAR Cup Series is returning to “The Madhouse” this weekend for the first time since 1971. Between a sold-out show, and an anticipated attendance of 15,000 attendees — we’ve got all you need to know before you go.

Tickets

Snag your ticket and get access to Saturday’s Madhouse Classic event. The 1937 Club Premium Experience tickets are available for purchase which gives fans weekend admission, parking with shuttle access, and a VIP experience. (Note: Sunday’s event tickets are sold out.)

What to do when you get there

Saturday, Feb. 1: Gates open at 10 a.m. Watch live interviews with current NASCAR Cup Series drivers including Bubba Wallace, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., and Alex Bowman.

Sunday, Feb. 2: Gates open at 4 p.m. The action begins at 8 p.m. when 23 drivers will compete for 200 laps on the track.

Ready. Set. Jet. Boom Supersonic is a step closer toward launching its carbon-neutral commercial jet in the Piedmont Triad. So far, the XB-1 aircraft has completed 11 successful tests. The Greensboro factory is set to add $32 billion to the state economy over the next 20 years. (FOX 8 WGHP)
