Last week, Innovation Quarter unveiled a refreshed master plan + new renderings for its Phase II expansion. The new plan highlights the expansion’s goal to create a hub for life sciences, regenerative medicine, biomanufacturing, and community engagement.

Real Estate

The Peters Creek affordable housing complex is now open after 15 years of work. The project demolished a former Budget Inn at 600 Peters Creek Pkwy. to make way for 62 housing units. (Triad Business Journal)
