WStoday: Thai Sawatdee salad
The salad leans on the sweeter side so prepare your tastebuds. | Photo by WStoday
This week, I got to try Thai Sawatdee salad at the Thai restaurant on Healy Drive. The salad had crispy duck, red onions, and cashews, with a hint of ginger. If you like fruits on your salad, this one is also for you as it’s got pineapple with sweet and spicy lime dressing to top it off. I added some rice to balance out all these flavors. The service was quick, and the atmosphere had an intimate feel. I highly recommend trying this for your next lunch spot this week.
