Summer is around the corner, and students are out of school, but the learning never stops. Don’t worry — we’re not grading you. (Although we’re biased and think WStoday readers are A+ students.)

Forsyth County Library’s Summer Reading Program has started, so get booked this summer with reads of various genres, including fantasy, horror, thriller, romance, and Spanish language recs.

Here’s how it works:

  • Browse recommendations for children, teens, and adults.
  • Choose a book and place it on hold to pick it up at any Forsyth County Public Library branch.
  • Fill out the Reading Log with three books you’ve read this summer and/or summer library programs you’ve attended — from Friday, May 30, through Friday, July 25 — for a chance to win a prize.

Need ideas? Treat your shelf to one of these books written by authors with Winston-Salem ties. Psst.... don’t forget to enter your design for the Library Card Design Contest. Fill out an entry form by Friday, June 6, at 5 p.m.
