The new restaurant replaced Six Hundred on Innovation Quarter. Local influencer Ramon L. gives us a tour and a review of the new upscale restaurant. We’re totally drooling over the Italian pasta options like linguini frutti di mare and the ribeye steak.

Noodle Ju’B, Salem Bottleworks | December 2025
Owned by Bobby Boy Bakeshop owner, this dining spot focuses on connection and only offers a dine-in option and intimate seating. The noodles are made in-house with fresh broth to accompany your bowl. Editor’s note: Try the Shio Ramen bowl.

Taqueria Luciano’s, 723 N. Trade St. | December 2025
Local food truck owner Luciano Perez plans to open his second brick-and-mortar location in the heart of downtown. Diners can expect tacos, steak quesadillas, and other Mexican dish favorites.

The Coffee Park, 1208 Reynolda Rd. | Coffee joint
Coffee Park Airstream owner Tommy Priest expanded the Airstream to a Mid-century space, featuring artworks from local artists. Order your drink at the Airstream and settle into the outdoor space.

Qatra Coffee, 6311 Stadium Dr., Ste. B, Clemmons | Coffee shop
This artisan cafe brings the Yemeni culture and tradition to the area, a first of its kind. The sophisticated interior and trendy matcha combos are a must-experience.

Thai Destiny, 240 NC 801 Bermuda Run | Restaurant
The new menu includes Thai curries, soups, and noodles. If you’re adventurous, try the red curry duck signature dish.

California Burrito Express & Bar, 2021 Griffith Rd., Ste. 100 | Restaurant
The Mexican restaurant is now open near Hanes Mall Boulevard, taking over the former Luna Playa space. The spot is open daily, serving build-your-own burritos + cocktails.

Dutch Bros, 293 S. Stratford Rd. | Coffee drive-thru
The drive-thru chain replaced Clutch Coffee Bar, drawing large crowds to the location. Another location is coming soon on University Parkway. We’ll keep you posted on an opening date.

The Observatory, 701 Trade St. | Cocktail lounge
The vibrant space for creatives showcases an immersive experience, featuring local artists and a curated atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a cozy date night.

Crust & Craft, 1295 Creekshire Way | Restaurant
The new concept replaced Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, becoming a locally owned and independent restaurant. The menu includes wood-fired artisan pizzas, and it’s open seven days a week.
