The new space will replace the original clubhouse that opened in 1973.

Tanglewood Park’s new clubhouse project is underway. The project at the Clemmons golf course will replace the original clubhouse with a modern facility that emphasizes simplicity and functionality.

The current clubhouse will close after business on Monday, May 13. Work is expected to take 12 to 18 months and cost $15 million. Here are changes patrons and visitors should expect:

  • Access to a temporary clubhouse will be located at Shelter 4 within the park.
  • The pro shop, restrooms, carts, range balls, and food and beverage will be available at the new temporary site.
  • Access to the practice green, driving range, and both golf courses will continue.
  • Parking will be redirected to three designated lots across the street from the temporary site.

The new clubhouse is expected to open for the latter half of 2025.
