Can’t-miss games

If you’re a true Wake Forest Demon Deacons fan, then you know every game is a can’t-miss game. But these games are next level.

  • Sept. 7 vs. Virginia | Home | It’s the Deacs’ first ACC matchup and their first game against the Cavaliers since 2021. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
  • Sept. 14 vs. Ole Miss | Home | Deacon Nation will reunite for Homecoming against the Rebels. Fewer than 1,000 tickets are still available to the game.
  • Oct. 12 vs. Clemson | Home | The Deacs hope to turn things in their favor after last year’s 17-12 finish against the Tigers.

Browse the full schedule, including the season opener on Thursday, Aug. 29 against the NC A&T Aggies.

The McCreary Tower is the main way to get inside on game days.

Know before you go

Have tickets to watch the Deacs in person? Before you put on your gold and black necklaces, there are a couple need-to-knows about Allegacy Stadium.

  • Parking | Gameday parking is available at LJVM Coliseum on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-purchased parking is available in the Pepsi lot, and a shuttle will carry fans to and from 2400 Reynolda Rd. Save this map of gates so you know how to get into the stadium once you get there.
  • Stadium rules | Familiarize yourself with the rules, including the clear bag policy and mobile ticketing information.

Where to watch

Here are spots where you’re sure to be surrounded by fellow fans:

  • DEACTOWN Fan Zone: If you’ve got tickets to the game, head to Baity Street, west of the stadium, up to three hours before kickoff. The family-friendly space has seating, live music, inflatables, food trucks, and merchandise for sale.
  • Putters Patio and Grill: A favorite among WFU students and alumni, this grill located within walking distance to the stadium gets packed quickly on game days.
  • Miller’s on Trade: Winston-Salem’s newest sports bar has 20+ TVs to broadcast all the action. You can also challenge your friends to dart or pool during halftime.
