Ready to explore your dream home? The 2025 Parade of Homes returns Saturday Oct. 11-Sunday Oct. 12, and Saturday Oct. 18-Sunday Oct. 19.

This year’s Parade of Homes showcases 34 newly-constructed homes from award-winning builders with a variety of sizes, styles, and innovative designs.

Presented by the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem, this free annual event allows new home buyers (or homeowners looking for remodel inspiration) to tour homes throughout the area and meet the builders.
