Get free screenings and resources at the Share the Health Fair

The annual event is a chance for everyone to catch up on health care checks.

Get a pulse on your health at the 24th annual Share the Health Fair on Saturday, Nov. 2 at Wake Forest Baptist’s Downtown Health Plaza (1200 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.) from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event is open to children and adults, regardless of insurance coverage, income level, or immigration status. Everyone can get 10+ free screenings and tests, including:

  • Flu vaccine
  • Skin checks
  • Lung function testing
  • Bone density screening
  • Glaucoma and vision testing
  • Strength and balance testing
  • Glucose and cholesterol testing
  • Pap smears and mammograms
  • Mental health and memory screenings
  • Weight, body mass index, and blood pressure checks

Medical students, physician assistant students, physicians, specialists, and other professionals will conduct the tests and help you understand what the results mean. You don’t need an appointment, just walk in and register.
